They are all simple and easy to look at logos. They all use either 1 or 2 colours which gives them a simplistic but professional look. They are all straight to the point about what they are advertising and they are very memorable seen as there isn't much to them. 'Delivoo' is in a bold text which looks a lot better because it is clear and emphasised. The most used colour is red which could symbolise the fact it offers hot food, which is obviously what customers are looking for.

I outlined  my drawn up logos in a black border pen to create a bigger emphasis of the template and shape I am working with. It makes the logos look so much neater and professional because the black line makes everything else stand out and become prominent. I filled the logos with the correct colour and this has made them look so much more appealing to the eye because the bold colours make it stand out a lot more so people cannot miss it. I got rid of the wine glass stand because it didn't look as nice when coloured in, it ruined the aesthetic of the logo. 


Font analysis

The first task was to play around with fonts, sizes and the format. I tested a range of different ones to broaden my ideas and build upon inspiration and creativity. I found out that the curved font wasn't the best because it is too hard to read as it isn't as clear as the simple text. I also found out that I do not like the outline with a white background because it has no character, looks really boring and doesn't really have any links to a food service.

I took these two ideas and manipulated them even further to give them more of a professional and memorable look. I used the colour green as it could have links to healthy eating as we associate green with fruit and veg. The line through the words is just to give it some character and lift it up from being too simplistic. I used a bold font and size which makes it easy and clear to read but also to see from far away. The font used is called 'Nueva Std'.
I used the outline of the second logo as the colour red as this has links to hot food and spices. I sized up the word 'food' to emphasise the fact that this is a food delivery service and also to give it a more personal effect.I used lower cases for the other letters after the first so that it didn't get too overpowering because it is a quite delicate font. Lucida Calligraphy
