Final Evaluation
My statement of intent states that my target audience for my advertisements is 16-25 year olds. This is a young audience so I need to add features such as humour and technology in to attract them. Teens can relate to wanting a convenient and easy food service as that is always on their mind. My backgrounds for each advert need to be light and not gloomy because this adds a positive effect to the advert, which will also then attract more customers. My adverts need to promote the fact that this delivery service is any time and place because they need to show off their reliability and flexibility towards customers and their locations. The typeface needs to be enlarged so that it is easily readable and clear for the customers. The colours used need to be eye-catching so that it grabs their attention at one glance. My models need to have different ethnicities and different economic classes, which involve how they dress or how they look.
My final adverts reach my statement of intent with the young audience. This is because I have added humour to them. For example, with my advert on a ped, I called it a 'fast' delivery service and everyone knows peds really are not fast. Another example is with the 'hungover, have a burger' because everyone loves a drink and then a greasy burger, it cures everything. I also reach the target audience with having a mobile phone and an app as one of my adverts because the younger generation live on them, and by having an app so convenient, its a bonus. I used a light background in each of my adverts which creates a positive feeling across the delivery service. The slogan on each of my adverts promotes the any time/ any place factor about the company. I have called it 'Wherever, Whenever' as this is much more memorable and catchy. In the adverts, I used a large and emboldened text throughout to make it clear and easy readable for the customers convenience, which allows everyone to be able to read it. However, the colours I used were not that eye catching as I felt as though it was going to be too overpowering. I stuck to the colours of green and red because they have a connotation to food, red being hot and green being healthy. I managed to add different ethnicities to my adverts, and different genders to allow everyone to know this delivery service doesn't limit anyone off.
To improve my adverts, I could have thought about my locations more because I didn't use a variety of different classes of where the service would deliver. I only stuck to one area. I also should have taken the final ped image again, because it was raining when I did it, which then has made the resolution and quality not as professional looking. As of my logo, I should have been a bit more creative and inventive, because as much as you want it to be simple and elegant, mine just wouldn't be very memorable as it doesn't stand out. To improve, I also could have spent more time on the set up and layout of the adverts because in my opinion, they look too rushed as there isn't much detail on them.

Construction WC
1. Mock up photo: I have photoshopped my logo onto the phone wonky and not in line. This has caused it to look unprofessional and rushed. The napkin hasn't been folded straight and in line with the other half which then also causes it to look quite cheap. The background lighting is very dark and dull which would have a negative effect on the audience. The writing of the slogan 'Wherever, Whenever' cannot be read clearly as the black font clashes too much with the dark background.
2. Image: In this photo, the background is quite bright which I think works because it brings positivity and a happy vibe to the advert. The photo is a little blurry due to me not holding the camera still when trying to get the angles. As you can see, the phone screen is dirty which then gives off an unclean and unfinished look to the delivery service. There is also a random object in the background which needs to be removed to look professional. I like having the cutlery in the image, and the food arrangement, as it shows what the delivery service is about.
3. Photoshopped image: The text is clear and bold which means that my audience will be able to read and see my advert with no problems. My logo is now straight and in line with the phone to make it appear more professional, and the phone background isn't as bright, and now fits with my colour scheme. I have smoothed out the dirty on my phone screen to make it look more clean and appealing. However, I think the slogan could have been a different colour to be read more easily and appear more bold.
1. Mock up photo: The image is actually a cartoon image from google due to the fact I took mine in landscape, which wasn't right. The slogan 'Abrah Kebabrah' doesn't fit with the delivery service because it sells more than just kebabs, and the box on the back of the ped is not realistic because I didn't find one similar. The background is also not realistic as that cannot be found outside. The writing however is clear and can be read easily.
2. Image: The actual photo is quite blurry as I took it when it was raining, so my picture quality for this is not very good. The background light is perfect because it isn't dark, but then it also isn't too bright, so it still has a happy and positive affect to it. This advert shows the companies different ethnicities and socio economic class, as one model is wearing jeans while the other is in a tracksuit.
3. Photoshopped image: The final advert includes clear, bold text which is very easily readable for everyone, on the heading, wheres the slogan font could have been emboldened so that it stands out more. The logo can be seen aswell, which creates a sense of brand awareness to the audience. This advert represents the delivery service and how it is convenient for everyone's use. I like that it shows the different economic classes and ethnicities because it shows it is a diverse company.

1. Mock up photo: The photo is very blurry as it was taken on a mobile phone and not a camera. The face wasn't shown in the mock up photo, which it needed to be to show the happy facial expressions. I do not like how each letter of the new word is a different colour as it makes it look very unprofessional. The white bag that is being handed over needs to be changed to make it look like an actual food bag and not a shopping bag. Different representations can be viewed in this because of the false nails and gym leggings which could be stereotypically seen to be fake and only caring about your appearance.
Image: The image is of a high quality as it was taken with a camera. The Mcdonald bag needs to be blurred so that you cannot see that existing brand. This image has the perfect representation of Essex due to the false nails, long blonde hair, orange, tanned face and heavy makeup. I have made sure to include the facial expressions this time to show the happy customer.
Photoshopped image: The bag brand has been smoothed and coloured so it looks like a food bag from a delivery. The text is bold and clear, and all one colour which I think works better as it looks more professional. I think I should have dimmed the light a little bit so it wasn't as harsh to the eye again. The slogan could have been emboldened to be read more easily.

1. Mock up photo: This mock up photo is from google again as I took the photo landscape and not portrait. The red text is hard to read as it clashes too much with what is going on in the background, causing it to wash it out. It is a blurry mock up photo as it was taken from google, which means they are very pixelated. The logo however, is large which also shows brand awareness to the audience, so they know what to look out for. The representation taken from this photo is that the customer is happy because of their facial expressions when taking a bite.
2. Image: It shows a happy customer taking a bite into the burger. The facial expressions give off a sense of satisfaction. The existing food chains can be seen in the background so I need to cover them or I would be promoting someone else's food chain! The background is very light which is a positive because of the effect it sends to the audience.
3. Photoshopped image: I have gone over the existing restaurants name in a grey colour to blend in with the windows to make it seem like it is normal. I changed the opacity of the background colour to a more dimmed light so that it was not as harsh on the eye when you first see it. The red heading could have been moved up so that it is in line with the building to make it easier to read and I should have made the slogan bolder.

6. What else should I add to my mock up 1 to make it more appealing?
7. Do my adverts link to the Essex culture? If not, how could I change that?
8. How could I improve my logos? [colour, size etc]
9.
Gender
My adverts are for both genders which is why in my photos, both sexes are included. A delivery service is targeted and aimed for both genders, as it is a universal business, so to promote that even more, I will not just use females in all my pictures, but include males aswell to show that the service is for them too.
Ethnicity
In my adverts, there will be a mix of ethnicity to show that the service caters for everyone and anyone when they want quick food. In my photos, there will be turkish and white which promotes that it doesn't matter where your from, you can get food delivered to your door at a click of a button.
Age
The delivery service is aimed for people 16-19 year old as that is the prime age for takeaways to be ordered because of the convenience. I will promote this in my adverts by including a mobile phone app because everyone has a phone to hand all the time, which makes it easy to order anything. I will also include humour to make the adverts memorable and funny.
Region [regional identity]
To promote that the delivery service is from Essex, a lot of stereotypes and humour will be included. For example, the models will be wearing heavy, orange makeup, maybe holding a cigarette outside some garages. I will also promote it by having locations outside some of Essex's loved restaurants to advertise the Essex Culture.
Socio- economic
To advertise that the delivery service is for all classes, I will have some photos of the models in tracksuit and casual clothes to show that they are fashionable but not formal, and another picture will be a lot more formal and smart to promote that this service is for all socio economic classes.
The Mainstream
Mainstream are the people that live in the world of the domestic everyday. I have decided to aim my advertisements to mainstream as it allows the audience to be more broad and wide when it comes to promoting. I will include different socio economic classes, but it will still be targeted for mainstream people because it makes the audience and want for the service a lot bigger, as there is a range of people with money to not much money.

Mock images for shoot

I chose to set these photos up like this to represent and show how easy it is to order food wherever you are. These were taken in a restaurant which shows it really can be ordered to any location you are in. In my final photos, I will have food in the background and my logo on the phone screens to make it more personal to 'Your Food'.

This image shows a happy, satisfied customer, eating away on his meal. This advertises that the food is nice, fresh and made to order for your home delight. The real image will be him eating a burger in a kitchen to also show the convenience of the delivery service.

This photo shows the delivery person handing the hungry customer their food, straight to the door. This would be a good advertisement because it proves to everyone that the service isn't fake and that you literally don't have to go anywhere or do anything that requires effort!

This photo shows the delivery man on his 'ped', delivering the food. This symbolises that it is quick to receive your food as they are working more efficiently. In the real image, it will be a ped and the man holding a food delivery bag to show that they deliver the food.
